TelyRx Dallas, LLC and its licensed pharmacy in Dallas, Texas (“TelyRx,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of the information we receive in the course of operations. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information in connection with the dispensing of medications and related pharmacy services.

Children’s Information

Our pharmacy services are not directed to children under age 18 without the involvement of a parent, guardian, or authorized caregiver.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as required by law or changes in pharmacy operations. The updated version will be available at our pharmacy locations and upon request.
