Shipping & Delivery

TelyRx Dallas LLC dispenses prescriptions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Medications are shipped through verified carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard shipping: 3–5 business days after the prescription is processed. 
  • Expedited shipping: 1–2 business days after the prescription is processed, where available. 
  • Orders received before 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, are typically processed the same day. Orders received after this time are processed the next business day. 
  • No shipments are made on Sundays or federal holidays. 

Geographic Coverage

TelyRx Dallas LLC dispenses and ships medications only to states in which TelyRx Dallas, LLC holds an active pharmacy license. 

Delays or Lost Packages

If a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at (800) 878-1660. Our team will work with the carrier and, if necessary, issue a replacement prescription in accordance with state and federal law.

Returns

Prescription medications cannot be returned once they have been dispensed.
