These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website for TelyRx Dallas, LLC, (“TelyRx” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and services related to the dispensing and shipment of prescription medications. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Pharmacy Services

  • TelyRx is a licensed pharmacy that dispenses prescription medications only pursuant to valid prescriptions issued by licensed prescribers.
  • TelyRx does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any health-related questions should be directed to your prescribing healthcare provider.
  • TelyRx sources medications from licensed and reputible U.S. wholesalers and dispenses only FDA-approved medications.
  • TelyRx does not dispense controlled substances or compounded medications

2. Prescription Requirements

  • Prescriptions must be valid, issued by a licensed prescriber, and received directly by the pharmacy.
  • Certain prescriptions may be subject to additional state or federal requirements.
  • We do not accept prescriptions submitted by patients via email, fax, or mail unless explicitly permitted by law.
  • We reserve the right to verify prescriptions with prescribers, request additional information, and refuse to fill prescriptions where legality, safety, or professional judgment so requires.

3. Patient Responsibilities

By using our pharmacy services, you agree to:

  • Provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information.
  • Use medications only as prescribed.
  • Promptly notify us of any changes in your health, allergies, or insurance/payment details.
  • Comply with all applicable federal and state laws governing prescription medication use.
  • Patients agree to store medications safely, out of reach of children or pets, and to dispose of unused or expired medications in accordance with FDA and state guidelines.
  • Patients agree to promptly report any adverse reactions, unexpected side effects, or concerns to their healthcare provider and to TelyRx.
  • Patients may not share, sell, or distribute their prescription medications to any other individual.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Medications are shipped only where TelyRx is licensed to operate or in accordance to applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Delivery times are estimates; delays due to carrier issues, weather, or regulatory requirements are outside our control.
  • Patients are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive medications and for providing accurate delivery information.
  • TelyRx does not ship prescription medications outside the United States.
  • If a package is lost or damaged, please notify us immediately. TelyRx will review on a case-by-case basis and may issue a replacement in accordance with state and federal law.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to federal pharmacy law, prescription medications cannot be returned for resale once dispensed.
  • Refunds may be issued only in limited circumstances, on a case by case basis.

6. Privacy & Security

  • TelyRx Pharmacy complies with applicable privacy and security obligations, including HIPAA where required.

7. Website Use

  • You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
  • Content provided on our websites (text, graphics, logos, etc.) is owned by or licensed to TelyRx Pharmacy and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.
